Karlina Higdon

Karlina (b. 2001, San Antonio, TX) is an Austin-based oil painter who uses traditional methods and materials to observe a balance between the divine and the mundane. She communicates the joys of simple living through figurative paintings and portraiture, drawing from Dutch Baroque and French Realist influences. She is currently practicing towards her BFA in studio art with a concentration in painting at Texas State University.
